What the gig needs

• Facility: Secure correctional facility infirmary, single floor, approximately 2,268 sq. ft
• Service schedule: Monday and Wednesday, 5:00 PM–9:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM; 2–4 hours as needed
• Weekly cleaning: Trash removal, sweeping/mopping, bathrooms, carpets, medication room, windows, furniture disinfecting, water fountains, offices, exam rooms, storage/laundry/lab areas, and breakroom
• Monthly cleaning: Vents, light fixtures, floor buffing, baseboards, and walls
• Quarterly cleaning: Strip and wax floors
• Supplies/equipment: Vendor provides all cleaning supplies and tools; nothing may be left onsite
• Site requirements: Staff and vehicle are subject to security checks; staff must provide valid photo ID and pass required background checks
• Term: September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027, with up to three annual renewal periods
