We are looking for elevator maintenance, inspection, and repair services at Kerrville State Hospital, 721 Thompson Dr.
Equipment: 5 elevators across Buildings 630, 502, and 502A; Dover DMC units and one MCE HMC-1000-PHC unit
Preventive maintenance: Monthly service including electrical panels, wiring, emergency power, fire alarm functions, lubrication, elevator phones, pits, equipment rooms, and functional testing at all levels
Annual inspections: Include scheduling and payment for TDLR inspector and certificate fees
Repair services: As-needed electrical, hydraulic, and hoistway system repairs with quotes for parts, labor, warranties, and deficiencies before work begins
Response requirements: 24/7 availability, 4-hour service call response, and 1-hour on-site emergency response
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of relevant elevator service experience and appropriate Texas elevator licensing/registration
