Service area: Mobile office trailer, approximately 1,120 sq. ft
Frequency: Once per week
General cleaning: Dusting/wiping surfaces, cleaning doors and glass, emptying trash, cleaning break area appliance exteriors, and picking up trash within 30 feet of the trailer
Restrooms: Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, floors, mirrors, fixtures, partitions, doors, and dispensers
Floors: Sweep, damp mop, vacuum carpeted areas, spot clean carpet, clean mats, and clean under chairs
Periodic work: Monthly interior glass and high dusting; strip and wax VCT flooring every six months if applicable
Supplies: Contractor provides cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment
