Set-aside and participation goals

Contract term

• The Government may require continued performance under the Option to Extend Services, up to 6 months total, by written notice within 60 days. (Attachment 4, p. 8)

Pricing format

• Enter a unit price for each of CLINs 0001 to 0005 on the Price Worksheet (quantity 4 units each) and a total price. (Attachment 1, p. 1)

• The offer lists these documents: Offer (Technical Capability), Price Proposal Worksheet, Offeror Information Document, Conflict of Interest Statement. (Attachment 5, p. 1)
• Attachment 3 requires marking whether Representations and Certifications are attached or in SAM, and whether the offeror is registered in SAM. (Attachment 5, p. 1)
