We are looking for a quote for on-site unarmed uniformed security guard services at Rio Grande State Center, 1401 Rangerville Road, Harlingen, TX 78550.
Coverage: 24/7 security coverage, including holidays, with continuous on-site presence
Patrols: Hourly rounds across facility grounds, parking areas, exterior doors, and designated campus areas
Equipment: Provide all labor, tools, transportation, equipment, supplies, a watchman management system or similar system, and two battery-operated golf/utility vehicles for patrol
Reporting: Daily activity reports and immediate incident reporting for unusual activity, emergency response, law enforcement presence, unlocked vehicles, or safety concerns
Staffing Requirements: Texas-licensed security personnel, CPR/AED trained, bilingual English/Spanish, at least 21 years old, drug-free, and able to work in behavioral health and supported living environments
Response: Additional trained guard coverage available within 2 hours when requested; emergency response available within 1 hour
