- System: Fully managed inmate telephone, tablet, video calling, digital mail, and eMessaging services
- Coverage: Statewide deployment across correctional facilities with approximately 150,000 total capacity
- Hardware: Secure wall-mounted/pedestal phones, inmate tablets, workstations, printers, charging stations, network equipment, and related cabling
- Network: Secure standalone network with redundancy, monitoring, firewalls, access controls, and 24/7 operational support
- Implementation: Full installation, testing, training, maintenance, reporting, and support, with system completion targeted within 180 days after start
- Security: Biometric enrollment, call recording and monitoring, fraud controls, digital forensics, managed access capability, data encryption, and accessibility compliance
