What the gig needs
We are requesting a quote for client-based laboratory services across Angelina, Houston, Nacogdoches, Newton, Polk, Sabine, San Augustine, San Jacinto, Shelby, Trinity, and Tyler counties, Texas.
- Credentials: CLIA-certified, College of American Pathologists-accredited laboratory licensed to operate in Texas
- Collection: Provide specimen collection, transport, rural draw-station access, necessary supplies and equipment, and a phlebotomist at the Angelina Mental Health Clinic one day per week upon request
- Integration: Provide a bidirectional electronic health record interface and portal-based results
- Testing: Process routine clinical laboratory profiles, including chemistry, hematology, therapeutic drug monitoring, infectious disease, endocrine, and specialized testing
- Turnaround: Provide 24-hour turnaround for chemistry profiles, STAT testing, and repeat testing when needed
- Billing: Bill third-party carriers and directly bill for approved eligible individuals as applicable
- Pricing: Include test codes, CPT codes, and pricing for commonly ordered tests
- Term: Services are expected to begin November 1, 2026, and continue through August 31, 2028
