What the gig needs
We are seeking a quote for armed and unarmed security guard services at multiple HHS facility locations across Texas Region 03, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Mesquite, Waxahachie, Richardson, Duncanville, and surrounding cities.
- Services: Uniformed armed guards, unarmed guards, armed/unarmed foot patrol, and armed/unarmed patrol vehicle services
- Schedule: Primarily Monday through Friday, with post hours generally between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM; some posts may require coverage until the last employee leaves or 24/7 coverage as needed
- Locations: Multiple lobby and parking lot posts across Region 03 facilities, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Mesquite, Waxahachie, Richardson, and Duncanville
- Response Times: Non-emergency dispatch within 12 hours; emergency dispatch within 4 hours; after-hours alarm response updates within 1 hour of dispatch
- Requirements: Texas-licensed security company with qualified Level II unarmed and Level III armed guards, background checks, uniforms, badges, supervision, 24-hour contact coverage, and patrol vehicles where required
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant company experience; armed guards need at least 2 years of armed guard experience, and unarmed guards need at least 1 year of guard experience
