What the gig needs
We are looking for pricing on mowing and grounds maintenance for city rights-of-way in Waco, Texas.
- Services: Mowing, shredding, edging, weed eating, grass trimming, weeding landscaped areas, litter removal, and blowing grass clippings back into turf areas
- Frequency: 20 mow/weeding cycles per year, with monthly service December through March and twice-monthly service April through November
- Additional Areas: Waco Drive islands require weeding/spraying, and Old Lions Park requires a third monthly mow from April through October
- Schedule: Work may be performed Monday through Friday
- Contract Term: One year, with four optional one-year renewals
- Documentation: Photos with identifiers are required for maintained properties with each invoice
- Insurance: Minimum $1,000,000 liability coverage required
