We are looking for pricing on mowing and grounds maintenance for 17 fire station properties in Waco, Texas.
Locations: 17 properties, including fire stations and related facilities across Waco
Service frequency: Approximately 45 full-service rotations per year per location
Mowing schedule: Weekly March through November; twice monthly December through February
Grounds work: Mow, edge, string trim around objects, blow hard surfaces, remove litter, and remove weeds from turf, landscape, and hardscape areas each rotation
Additional services: Fertilize irrigated turf twice per year, trim/raise low limbs and ground cover 8 times per year, and fertilize landscaping once in spring
Documentation: Photos required for each maintained property with invoices
Contract term: 1 year, with up to 4 optional annual renewals
