Scope: Mowing, shredding, edging, weed eating, grass trimming, blowing, and trash removal before each mowing
Frequency: Medians 21 rotations per year; undeveloped area shredding 5 rotations per year
Cut heights: Medians minimum 3 inches; undeveloped areas 5 to 7 inches
Work schedule: Monday through Friday; one-year term with three optional one-year renewals
Documentation: Photos with identifiers required for each maintained property with invoices
Insurance: Minimum $1,000,000 liability coverage
