Services: Investment research and recommendations, non-discretionary portfolio management, trade execution support, policy review, and market assessments
Reporting: Detailed monthly reports, quarterly performance reports, and attendance at quarterly investment committee meetings
Qualifications: SEC and Texas State Securities Board registration, plus at least five years of investment advisory experience with public-sector clients
Pricing: Provide flat annual, asset-based, per-trade, and hourly or per-visit pricing, including any additional fees
Term: One year with four optional one-year renewals
