Primary Scope: Prepare an Airport Layout Plan with narrative
Survey: Include an 18B obstruction survey
Planning Standards: Follow current FAA master planning guidance and applicable standard operating procedures
Project Elements: Include aviation demand forecasts, critical design aircraft, facility requirements, land use alternatives, development plan, capital improvement plan, height/hazard review, and final documents/meetings
Schedule: Provide estimated weeks needed for each project phase and total completion time
