We are seeking quotes for vaccine medical countermeasures (vaccines, antigens, and adjuvants) for pandemic influenza preparedness and response for BARDA.
Scope of work: Produce antigens, adjuvants, and vaccines against influenza or other pandemic-potential viruses as BARDA requires, including during a public health emergency.
Vaccine improvement: Produce antigens, adjuvants, and/or vaccines to support USG efforts to improve influenza vaccines where feasibility data exists.
Regulatory support: Generate and submit to FDA all relevant analytical, nonclinical, clinical, and CMC data, including data generated during interpandemic periods.
Contractor furnishes: Provide all services, qualified personnel, materials, supplies, equipment, and facilities not provided by the USG; U.S. facilities are preferred.
Mandatory qualification: Must produce vaccines against influenza and strains with pandemic potential.
Required experience: Must hold a U.S. influenza vaccine license, or have developed an influenza vaccine shown by a submitted Biologics License Application (BLA) for seasonal or pandemic influenza vaccine.
