We are seeking quotes for civil site work, procurement, installation, integration, and testing of communications shelters, antennas, optical terminals, and networking equipment for Ground Entry Points at multiple, globally dispersed locations.
Overall scope: Site civils, procurement, installation, integration, test and verification of GEP site equipment, plus training and onsite test support.
Equipment covered: Communications shelters, antennas and antenna electronics, optical terminals and optical electronics, test hardware, and site networking equipment and software.
Contract structure: An IDIQ base contract with a Task Order 1, each with its own statement of work and data requirements list.
Controlled documents: SOWs, TRD, and DD254 are CUI and available only on request by email with company name, CAGE code, location, and email address.
Questions deadline: Written questions only, due by 4:00 PM Eastern on 2 October 2026, with no calls or one-on-one meetings.
Proposal due date: Proposals are due by 4:00 PM Eastern on 2 November 2026 per Section L instructions.
