Support: Three annual on-site visits totaling 12 hours, plus at least 40 hours of remote energy management support
Monitoring: At least 10 hours of remote BAS monitoring per quarter
Response times: 4-hour response for service calls and 1-hour on-site response for emergency requests
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of relevant company and assigned personnel experience
