System: Schneider TAC Vista 5.1.9 Building Management System
Services: HVAC inspection, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, minor/major repairs, equipment removal and installation, duct system repair/replacement, and supply/return vent inspection
Controls: Installation of low-voltage controllers and components connected to the Schneider Electric control system, including graphics and programming modifications or additions
Schedule: Regular service Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM CT, with 2-hour service call response and 1-hour emergency on-site response
Requirements: TDLR Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractor license, trained technicians, on-site field supervisor, background checks, uniforms/ID badges, and 12-month or manufacturer warranty coverage
