Repair standards: Work must follow the contractor's repair/overhaul practices, manuals, drawings, technical orders and approved repair standards.
Marking: Items must be physically identified per MIL-STD-130, Rev N (16 Nov 2012).
Mercury free: Items are for submarines/surface ships and must contain no metallic mercury or mercury contamination, or they will be rejected.
Design changes: No substitutions or part number changes without written approval from the Contracting Officer, except Code 1 part-number-only changes.
Set-aside and delivery: Total small business set-aside with FOB destination delivery, a 1-year warranty after delivery, and an option to increase quantity within 365 days.
