Quote requirements: Include Repair Turn Around Time (induction start to final delivery, in days) and throughput constraint (assets repaired per month); quote valid 60 days.
Pricing and schedule: Firm fixed price purchase order; repair T&E proposal due within 90 days of award and definitization within 180 days of award.
Quality and compliance: MIL-I-45208 inspection system applies, with item unique identification, Wide Area Workflow invoicing, and CMMC level requirements.
