We are seeking quotes for repair of a Power Supply Assembly (CAGE 26581, Ref. 401000-001) for the Navy, with evaluation and cost proposal handled through Code N741.P14.
Repair scope: Repair the Power Supply Assembly per the contractor's own repair/overhaul standards, manuals, and approved repair procedures.
Cost proposal: After evaluating the item, submit a cost proposal showing actual costs and extent of repair to Helen Carmelo, Code N741.P14, at Helen.i.carmelo.civ@us.navy.mil.
Marking and standards: Mark items per MIL-STD-129; MIL-STD-1686 is also listed as an applicable document and must be obtained by the contractor.
OEM and packaging: Non-OEM offerors must state the OEM name and CAGE and provide a signed distributor authorization letter on OEM letterhead; name the packaging facility if it differs from the offeror's address.
Warranty and design changes: Warranty runs 1 year after delivery with 45 days to notify of a defect; any design, material, or part number change needs written approval from the Contracting Officer.
Award and compliance: Award is bilateral and DPAS DO-rated for national defense; the solicitation also includes Buy American, CMMC level notice, and Item Unique Identification clauses.
