We are requesting a quote for as-needed plumbing maintenance, repair, and renovation services at current and future facilities throughout the Texas Medical Center and greater Houston, Texas area.
Services: Installation and repair of domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, natural gas, and medical gas lines, plus backflow preventer testing and repair
Pricing: Time-and-materials rates covering labor, standard tools and equipment, overhead, taxes, insurance, and profit; provide parts and materials as needed
Qualifications: Appropriately licensed plumbers are required, including medical gas-certified plumbers for medical gas work
Response Times: Emergency calls within 2 hours; routine calls within 3 hours during 7:00 AM–5:00 PM weekdays and within 4 hours after hours, weekends, and holidays
Requirements: Annual site training and employee badging are required
