We are seeking quotes for paramedic and ambulance services at Tinker Air Force Base, OK.
Scope of work: Provide commercial, nonpersonal paramedic and ambulance services for the 72nd Air Base Wing under a single Firm Fixed Price contract.
Period of performance: One base year from 28 January 2027 to 27 January 2028, plus three option periods running through 27 January 2031.
Phase-in period: A new contractor gets a phase-in period to transition into base facilities, ending no later than 27 January 2027.
Small business requirement: Total small business set-aside; offerors must be SBA-certified and registered as small under NAICS 621910 in SAM.
EMS license: Offerors must provide either an approved OSDH EMS license with the proposal or a package showing their application or pre-application status.
Wage and deadlines: SCA Wage Determination 2015-5315 Rev. 29 applies; questions are due 1 October 2026 and proposals are due 20 October 2026.
