What the gig needs
We are seeking proposals for an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) multi-agency contract for integrated professional and management services across multiple domains, available to federal agencies government-wide.
- Set-Aside & Eligibility: Restricted to SBA-certified 8(a) small businesses only.
- Contract Structure: IDIQ multi-agency contract with no fixed award timeline; timelines vary based on proposal volume and resource availability.
- SAM.gov Requirement: Offerors must be registered and active in SAM.gov at time of submission and maintain active status at all times.
- Submission Method: All proposals must be submitted through the OASIS+ SubmissionPortal (OSP) at oasis.app.cloud.gov; a signed SF 33 is required with every offer.
- Rolling Admissions: Solicitation is continuously open with no closing date, allowing new offerors and existing awardees to compete for additional domains as they are added.
- Amendment Acknowledgement: Offerors with offers pending before Amendment 0009 must upload a signed SF 30 in Symphony by July 15, 2026, or risk being ineligible for further consideration.
