Repair scope: Inspect, repair or replace components, reassemble, and test units to return them to Ready for Issue condition.
Drawing and specs: Work must follow Honeywell Intl Inc drawing 70210 / 67000014-1-1, latest revision, and all details referenced in it.
Markings: Markings must comply with MIL-STD-130.
Tooling: Contractor supplies all fixtures, jigs, test equipment, and special tooling at their own cost.
Turnaround and throughput: Quote must state repair turnaround days after receipt of asset and a monthly throughput for each NSN; assets are accepted by the Government within that time.
Reporting and induction: Report all transactions in CAV within five business days of receipt; assets received more than 365 days after award need written agreement to be repaired.
