Repair scope: Repair, test, and inspect the cabinet assembly per the latest repair technical drawings and publications, with markings per MIL-STD-130.
Turnaround time: Repairs must be finished and accepted by the Government within 180 days of receiving each asset.
Induction window: Assets received more than 365 days after contract award need a bilateral agreement with the NAVSUP WSS Contracting Officer before repair.
Tooling and wire: Contractor supplies all fixtures, test equipment, and tooling, and must use SAE-AS22759 wire instead of MIL-W-81381.
Quality system: Contractor must keep a quality control system meeting Mil-I-45208A, Mil-Q-9858, ISO 9000/9001/9002, or equivalent.
Reporting and terms: Report receipts in the CAV system within five business days, give a monthly throughput constraint per NSN, and follow BOA N00383-25-G-NV01 terms.
