We are seeking quotes for construction of a Munitions Maintenance and Inspection Facility and a Conventional Munitions Cube Storage Addition at the Hawaii Air National Guard campus, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii.
Scope of work: Build a new 2,400 SF Munitions Maintenance and Inspection Facility and a 1,320 SF addition to the Munitions Cube Storage Facility (B3552), with both projects done concurrently.
Key specifications: Work includes micro-pile foundations, cast-in-place concrete, steel and metal framing, standing seam metal roofing, HVAC (including 20-ton AC systems), plumbing, lightning/grounding, fire alarm and sprinklers, and asphalt paving.
Option and brand items: An option line item covers a 1,167 SY concrete MAC pad with asphalt access; RAB Lighting exterior fixtures are brand-name required.
Security and escorts: Contractor must erect a temporary security fence per the phasing drawings, with escorts required for fence erection, work outside the fence, and utility connections.
Site visit and deadlines: Pre-proposal conference and site visit on 01 October 2026 at 8:00 am, questions due 28 September, and proposals due 28 October 2026.
