We are seeking quotes for repair of 20 units of aircraft taxiing lights (P/N 72500460-001, NSN 7RH 6220 017206479) for the Navy (NAVSUP WSS).
Repair scope: Repair, test, and inspect 20 units of part number 72500460-001 per available repair manuals, drawings, and specifications, with markings per MIL-STD-130.
Approved sources only: Only products from S & K Aerospace, LLC or Source One Spares LLC are considered; others must submit a technical data package and NAVSUP WSS source approval information with their quote.
Set-aside: 100% small business set-aside; offerors must be an approved small business manufacturer or supply one's product.
Pricing and evaluation: One firm-fixed unit price per CLIN, evaluated on price only; tiered pricing is not accepted.
Turnaround and reporting: Government inspection and acceptance within the repair turnaround time, with receipts reported in the CAV system within five business days; early and incremental deliveries are preferred.
Induction and submission: Assets must be inducted within 365 days of award; quotes go by email to gerard.t.weiss.civ@us.navy.mil by the due date in block 10.
