Quality system: Contractor must maintain a quality control system meeting Mil-I-45208A, Mil-Q-9858, ISO 9000/9001/9002 or equivalent.
Quality plan: Contractor must develop and maintain a Repair Quality Plan and keep inspection and test procedures available for Government review and approval.
Marking: Markings must follow MIL-STD-130.
Inspection records: Purchased items must be inspected on receipt against the Technical Data Package, with records kept at least 12 months after acceptance.
Nonconforming material: Contractor needs a system to identify, segregate and dispose of nonconforming material; "as-is" dispositions need Government approval.
Warranty: Warranty runs 1 year after delivery, with 45 days to correct after a defect is discovered.
