We're looking for pricing on high voltage switchgear repair and preventive maintenance at Richmond State Supported Living Center, 2100 Preston, Richmond, TX 77469.
Equipment: Nine 12,500V switchgear units across the facility
Maintenance: Biannual inspections in January and July, including two-day visual assessment of accessible electrical equipment
Reporting: Detailed inspection report after each visit with deficiencies, concerns, and recommended corrective actions
Repairs: Emergency high voltage repair support, including after-hours and holidays
Response: Report back within 1 hour of repair call and arrive onsite within 2 hours
Requirements: Certified Master Electrician with at least 3 years of experience; appropriate Texas electrical licensing; vendor should be within 50 miles of the facility
Included: Labor, tools, materials, transportation, equipment, PPE, cleanup, and disposal
