Period of performance: Event runs 22 February 2027 through 24 February 2027 at Hotel Polaris in Colorado Springs, CO.
Set-aside and codes: Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 532490 and PSC W099, with a single Firm-Fixed-Price award.
Evaluation method: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA); the Government may award without discussions, so submit your best terms upfront.
Site visit: No Government-hosted site visit; quoters must do their own due diligence at their proposed venues.
Deadlines and format: Questions due 4:00 PM ET 26 Oct 2026; quotes due 4:00 PM ET 16 Nov 2026 by email as exactly three files, valid at least 160 days, with SAM.gov registration required.
