Pricing and evaluation: Submit one firm-fixed unit price per CLIN (no tiered pricing); capacity, delivery and past performance are weighed equal to price.
Past performance: Provide recent references from the past three years for the same or similar scope, complexity and magnitude.
Turnaround and throughput: Offeror states repair turnaround time and monthly throughput; assets must be inducted within 365 days of award and reported in the CAV system within five business days of receipt.
