We are seeking quotes for the repair of Electronic Modules (CAGE 02769, Ref. No. 20510607-3) for the U.S. Navy.
Repair scope: Full teardown, evaluation, inspection, and repair of each item to "like new" or "A" condition.
Pricing required: Quote a firm fixed price (or a not-to-exceed price) plus a separate beyond repair (BR/BER) price; do not include shipping.
Quote details: Quote must state repair turn-around time (RTAT), monthly throughput constraint, and induction expiration date (no more than 365 days).
Marking standard: Items must be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-130, Rev N (16 Nov 2012).
Compliance: Vendor must comply with Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) per NAVSUPWSSFA24 and Buy American / Free Trade Agreement requirements; a notice of CMMC level requirements is included.
Option quantity: Government may exercise an option for increased quantity within 180 days of award at the same price and delivery time.
