• The period of performance is one (1) year, 1 November 2026 through 31 October 2027. (Attachment 2, p. 3)

• Acquisition type is Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP). (Attachment 2, p. 1)

• On the SF 1449, the offeror completes blocks 12, 17, 23, 24 and 30. (Attachment 3, p. 1)

Scope highlights

• Transport and offload DLA Energy-owned JP-5 aviation fuel from DFSP Houston, TX to Progreso, Mexico, up to an estimated 20,000 U.S. gallons per month. (Attachment 2, p. 3)
• Receive Government-owned JP-5 at DFSP Houston. (Attachment 2, p. 3)
• Transport the product from DFSP Houston to Progreso, Mexico. (Attachment 2, p. 3)
• Complete all border-crossing, customs, port-entry and delivery actions needed to make the product available for vessel offload. (Attachment 2, p. 3)
• Safely discharge the fuel into the designated U.S. Government vessel. (Attachment 2, p. 3)
