We are seeking quotes for construction of a 100,000-barrel cut-and-cover JP-8 bulk fuel storage tank with pump house at Yokota Air Base, Japan.
Tank construction: Build one 100,000-barrel cut-and-cover JP-8 tank with steel tank, concrete outer wall, and a rolling cover for access to tank-mounted equipment.
Pump house: Reinforced concrete pump house on top of the tank with a low-slope concrete roof, built-up roofing, and overhangs over doorways, containing four 600-gpm issue pumps and one 50-gpm water draw-off pump.
Tank equipment: Provide a high-level valve, independent level alarms, automatic tank gauging (ATG) hardware, and a product saver tank.
Piping and tie-ins: Install piping, valves, vaults, and appurtenances connecting to the existing filter separator building.
Controls integration: Connect the new control system to the existing filter building's pump control PLC, HMI, and ATG reporting module for all Eastside Fuel Facility tanks.
Fuel recovery: Product recovery pump must return reclaimed fuel through receipt filtration back to the bulk storage tanks.
