We are seeking quotes for construction of a 100,000-barrel cut-and-cover JP-8 bulk fuel storage tank with pump house at Yokota Air Base, Japan.
Tank construction: Build one 100,000-barrel cut-and-cover JP-8 steel tank with a concrete outer wall and a rolling cover for access to tank-mounted equipment.
Pump house: Build a reinforced concrete pump house on top of the tank with a low-slope concrete roof and built-up roofing, containing four 600-gpm issue pumps and one 50-gpm water draw-off pump.
Tank instrumentation: Provide a high-level valve, independent level alarms, and the hardware for the automatic tank gauging (ATG) system.
Piping and tie-ins: Install piping, valves, vaults and appurtenances connecting to the existing filter separator building, including the control system tie-in to the existing PLC, HMI and ATG reporting module.
Product saver tank: Provide a product saver tank and a product recovery pump that returns reclaimed fuel through receipt filtration to the bulk storage tanks.
Site visit materials: Pre-proposal conference slides and a site visit roster have been attached to the solicitation.
