We are seeking quotes for a 5-year full-service lease of approximately 555 square feet of ground-floor office space in SeaTac, Washington for the USACE Air Mobility Command.
Space needed: About 555 ABOA square feet of office space on the ground floor, within SeaTac airport near the AMC Terminal office.
Delineated area: Between 154th Street South and 188th Street South, and between Military Road South and Des Moines Memorial Drive South.
Lease term: 5 years (60 months) with Government termination rights; option term is annual/none; subleases are not acceptable.
Services included: Fully serviced lease with rent, CAM, janitorial supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations all included; 24/7 Government access.
Building requirements: Must meet Government security, fire life safety, and handicapped accessibility requirements, with an efficient layout, no flood plain or wetland siting, and public transit within 1,000 feet.
Offer submission: Offers are due by October 30, 2026 by email, with Exhibits A, D (if not in SAM), E, F, and proof of ownership or control; agents must include exclusive representation authority.
