The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 6,587 usable square feet of commercial retail/office space located within a � mile radius of current location address. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately 20 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.

The process can usually be completed from 24 to 48 hours after submission. Contractors will need to obtain a Unique Entity Identifier (formerly DUNS number) for processing their registration.
