The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 4013 usable square feet of retail space located within a 1-mile radius of 22631 Route 68, Clarion Mall, Clarion, PA 16214. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately five (5) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
