Quantity: Base quantity of 128 units, plus an option for 128 more units (not exercised at award) that can be exercised within 365 days after award.
Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price, FOB Destination, unit of issue is each (EA).
Delivery Schedule: Delivery is 420 days with First Article Test (FAT) or 300 days without FAT.
First Article Test: FAT is required, but a FAT waiver is available upon request.
Quality Standards: Higher-level contract quality applies per FAR 52.246-11, and MIL-STD-1916 applies per narrative ES6019.
Export Control: Bidders must be certified under the US/Canada Joint Certification Program (DD Form 2345) and request TDP access on SAM.gov to see the technical data.
