We are seeking quotes for repair of a computer system (NSN to be verified) for Navy NAVSUP WSS, with shipment through Navy CAV or Proxy CAV.
Scope of work: REPAIR only of the listed item(s); quotes limited to test and evaluation (T&E) will not be accepted.
Pricing format: Quote a firm-fixed, not-to-exceed or estimated repair price, including repair unit price, total price, RTAT, and new unit price.
Turnaround time: Requested Repair Turnaround Time is 63 days after receipt of the asset, with a price reduction for each unit per month late.
Authorization required: The awardee must be an authorized repair source, and the award will be bilateral with written contractor acceptance.
Compliance requirements: Must meet IUID requirements of DFARS 252.211-7003, MIL-STD packaging, Government source inspection, FOB Source, and CAV reporting within five business days of receipt.
Throughput and induction: Contractor must state a monthly throughput constraint per NSN, and assets received more than 365 days after award need bilateral agreement to repair.
