Scope: Analyze completed brackish aquifer study data and delineate potential production areas
Technical work: Resolve hydrogeologic unit inconsistencies, create well exclusion sets, evaluate injection well exclusion polygons, and assess non-excluded brackish salinity zones
Modeling: Estimate 30-year and 50-year brackish groundwater production volumes with reproducible model files and assumptions
Deliverables: GIS shapefiles, supporting geodatabases and raster surfaces, model files, monthly progress reports, stakeholder meetings, and a sealed technical final report in Word and PDF
Experience needed: Hydrogeology, subsurface mapping, GIS/geodatabases, groundwater databases, geophysical logs, statistical methods, technical reporting, and Texas professional geoscientist licensure
Timeline: Work is expected to run from September 2026 through August 2027
