Potable water mains: Design approximately 10,208 linear feet of 12-inch and 16-inch potable water transmission mains with associated appurtenances
Optional recycled water line: Include pricing for approximately 4,470 linear feet of recycled water line, if available
Engineering services: Planning, surveying, utility coordination, environmental review, geotechnical support, permitting, hydraulic analysis, design, cost estimating, and bid support
Deliverables: 60%, 90%, and 100% design plans, technical specifications, construction cost estimates, permit support documents, and final electronic files
Qualifications: Texas-licensed engineering and surveying professionals with water utility infrastructure experience
