Experience: Provider must have at least 5 years of regulatory records search experience within the past 7 years
Standards: Searches must follow ASTM E1527 latest edition and applicable federal, state, and local records review requirements
Records: Include federal, state, local, and non-standard environmental sources, including Superfund, RCRA, TCEQ, landfill, petroleum storage tank, dry cleaner, brownfield, oil/gas well, and pipeline records
Mapping: Provide GIS plotted maps for required search distances, including manual location checks when needed
Reports: Final reports must include executive summary, search lists and radii, site summaries, detailed records, orphan summaries, and records definitions
Turnaround: Reports must be available within 3 business days after request
