Services: Comprehensive background checks, including full-service, traditional, and custom searches/screenings
Searches: National criminal database, nationwide county civil, nationwide liens and judgments, and bankruptcy filings
Support: Dedicated project manager plus helpdesk support by phone or email
Availability: Standard weekday coverage from at least 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT, with ability to support evening or weekend needs
Experience: At least 5 years supporting state-level agencies, with a U.S. business location and a physical or recognized office within 50 miles of Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, or San Juan
Security: Ability to handle sensitive personal information with appropriate encryption, vulnerability reporting, and SOC 2 Type 2 or bridge letter documentation
