We are looking for pricing on large-scale document scanning and digitization services for records located at Texas Juvenile Justice Department facilities in Texas.
Volume: Approximately 50 million paper records/pages currently in physical storage
Document prep: Removal of staples, clips, bindings, and handling of aged, mixed-quality, torn, wrinkled, or damaged documents
Scanning: Single-sided and duplex scanning for letter-size and legal-size documents
Indexing: Metadata creation, OCR if available, search/retrieval support, and indexing quality assurance
Storage: Options for secure hosted storage or delivery into a client-managed environment, including backup and retention support
Logistics: On-site or off-site scanning options, transportation, chain of custody, and document security procedures
Security: Staff screening, confidentiality controls, and work performed within Texas preferred; continental U.S. required
