Licenses and certifications

• Your business must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) by the time of contract award. (Attachment 4, p. 50)

Set-aside and participation goals

• The SF 1449 block 10 marks the acquisition as UNRESTRICTED, with set-aside options listed on the form. (Attachment 4, p. 1)

Contract term

• 3 year ordering period, base period of performance 12-22-2026 to 12-21-2029. Total duration with any extension may not exceed three (3) years. (Attachment 4, p. 4)
• IDIQ minimum is $25,000.00 and maximum is $1,500,000.00. (Attachment 4, p. 4)

Pricing format

• Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Quantity contract with a price/cost schedule and a grand total to be filled in. (Attachment 4, p. 4)
