We are seeking quotes for manufacture of 165 CABLE ASSY BTC cable assemblies (NSN 6145-01-568-8537) for the U.S. Navy, with delivery and packaging location to be confirmed by the offeror.
Scope and quantity: Manufacture 165 each of NSN 6145-01-568-8537 per reference number 7454379-1, with the Government owning the drawings and data rights.
Set-aside and contract: Total small business set-aside, fixed-price contract issued bilaterally, rated DO under DPAS for national defense.
First article testing: First Article Testing is required under FAR 52.209-3, with the contractor performing the testing and the Government approving it.
Drawings and standards: Work must follow drawings 6292767, 7454379 and 8290856 plus cited standards such as MIL-STD-130, MIL-STD-202, EIA-364 and MIL-S-901; drawing access must be requested through SAM.gov.
Warranty and quality: Supplies carry a 365-day warranty, and quality requirements follow the technical data package (TDP).
Proposal submission: Email proposals only to Rachel Kern at rachel.e.kern4.civ@us.navy.mil, and give the name, address and CAGE of the packaging facility if it differs from the offeror's address.
