We are seeking quotes for repair of transformer assemblies (CAGE 04801, Ref. 600-38055) for the Navy (NAVSUP WSS).
Repair scope: Repair the transformer assembly to meet operational and functional requirements, following the contractor's repair/overhaul standard practices, manuals, and approved repair standards.
Turnaround time: Each asset must be repaired and accepted by the Government within 362 days of physical receipt at your facility.
Induction window: Assets received more than 365 days after contract award are not authorized for repair without written agreement with the Contracting Officer.
Source approval: Government source approval is required before award; unapproved sources must submit the data listed in the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure with their proposal.
Marking and reporting: Mark items per MIL-STD-129 and report all transactions in the CAV system within five business days of receipt.
Compliance clauses: Contract includes Buy American, CMMC level requirements, item unique identification, small business subcontracting plan, and a 365-day option for increased quantity.
