We are seeking quotes for repair of 4 radio frequency switches (NSN 5985-00-239-5847, P/N 787-6616-001) for the Navy, with pricing for up to 10 units.
Repair scope: Inspect, repair or replace components, reassemble, and test the switches to return them to serviceable condition per the Statement of Work and latest-revision publications.
Quantity and options: Initial order is 4 units; offerors must price up to a maximum of 10 units over the contract, with separate second-year pricing if prices change.
Induction period: Units may be sent in for 365 days after award, and the Government may extend this by another 365 days (two years total).
Turnaround and throughput: Offerors must state a repair turnaround time (days after receipt) and a monthly throughput limit, and report receipts in the CAV system within five business days.
Warranty: Repaired supplies carry a 365-day warranty after delivery, with the contractor to correct defects within 45 days of the defect being found.
