Repair scope: Repair the MICROCIRCUIT,DIGITAL to meet operational and functional requirements of CAGE 04801, reference number 600-42003, using your own repair/overhaul standard practices and manuals.
Marking: Items must be physically identified in accordance with MIL-STD-130, which you must obtain.
Mercury free: Material is for submarines and surface ships and must contain no metallic mercury and be free from mercury contamination, or it will be rejected.
Design changes: No item substitutions or part number changes without written approval from the Contracting Officer, with a drawing and explanation of the change submitted.
Warranty: Warranty runs 1 year after delivery, with defects to be reported within 45 days of discovery.
Set-aside and terms: Total small business set-aside with Buy American requirements, a 180-day option for increased quantity, and invoicing through Wide Area Workflow.
